Well, not too much important has happened since I last wrote. I've just been enjoying being lazy, hanging out with Travis at the Bordello.
My cousin died the other day. He had a stroke or something and it caused bleeding in the brain... he was put on life support, but there wasn't any hope, so they pulled the plug on him. The funeral is tomorrow. I wasn't that close to him, so I don't feel devastated, but I feel terrible for his two kids and his two sisters (to whom I am a little more close).
We've had a couple of Lysistrata rehearsals lately, and I'm pretty excited about it.
Saturday, I saw a screening of Pinkston's (one of Travis's roommates) final film project for his Advanced Directing class at UNT. It was pretty fantastic. I really didn't care for the other films from the class, but Pinkston's was stellar. That night, we also went and saw MTD's Crazy For You at the Campus Theatre, which was also seriously amazing. I think Travis loved it more than I did, though.
Well, my phone bill is larger than it's supposed to be, so I have to go contend with that. I'm also supposed to head over to the Gallagher household to visit Eva today, and then rehearsal tonight. Yay for keeping busy. ^.^

End of the Semester
I have had only about four hours of sleep in the past 48 hours or more. And I'm still awake.
Monday night I stayed up until it was time for me to go to class in the morning to finish my final art projects. Then last night, after the End of the Year Party for the GCC theatre department at Robin's house (which was pretty fun, and I even felt just a tad bit emotional saying goodbye), I was up till 6:30 finishing my final film project. However, despite the whole last minute approach, I had a lot of fun with that one, and learned a lot (especially on what NOT to do), I think.
Then today, I packed up my crap and moved back to Denton. I am home!
But of course, because of the aforementioned lack of sleep, I am more than exhausted. The only reason I am still awake is because I am trying to stay lucid to spend a little time with Travis after he gets done editing for tonight. Although, I must say, it may not even be worth it, because last time I hung out with him after editing, he could not stop thinking about the film afterwards. But still... there may be sex involved...
I suppose we'll just have to see if I last or not. :-P
